Overview
As a client you are expected to allocate 1 person only on the day of your wedding to give the catering consultant any further instructions, or raise any concerns regarding the catering service of your function.To secure the services of Cater4u, you are required to pay a deposit which is 50% of the negotiated catering cost to secure your date and 50% of the balance 8 Weeks before the date of your function. Payments can be made by BACS, cheque or cash (BACS preferred).

Cancellations
Full refunds are not available; however clients who wish to cancel functions 3 months before their wedding will receive 50% of their deposit money back providing 100% of the money has been paid 3 months before the function date. Failure to notify Cater4u 3 months before will result in no refund.

Breakage Fee
A £30.00 breakage fee will be charged to your invoice only if china cutlery, glasses or any other equipment is provided for your function, which will be refunded back to you in full providing all goods are returned to Cater4u in good condition.

Data Protection and Confidentiality
Cater4u will have your personal details on file (name, address etc.) via Consultation form, your personal details will be kept confidential and will not be passed on to any other body. Clients must agree to abide by all Terms & Conditions set out in Cater4u & must agree that all staff working for Cater4u must be treated with respect & dignity at all times. Any problems which may occur, Cater4u will do the very best to make your Wedding function goes smoothly ensuring you receive the top quality service you require to make your day special
